ESF lizards on breeding loan

Due to our agreement with the Dutch authorities, the following animals will be available for the ESF for placing for ESF breeding loan:

Iguana iguana (Common Green Lizard)

Eumeces schneideri (Schneider's Skink or Gold Skink)

Nucras taeniolata ornata (Ornate Sandveld Lizard or Ornate Scrub Lizard)

Corytophanes hernandezii (Hernandez’s Helmeted Basilisk)

Sceloporus ssp. (Spiny Lizard)

Sceloporus malachiticus (Green Spiny Lizard)

Uromastyx acanthinura (North-African Mastigure or North African Spiny-tailed Lizard)

Pseudopus apodus (European Glass Lizard)

Gerrhosaurus flavigularis (Yellow-throated Plated Lizard)

Chalcides ocellatus (Ocellated (Bronze) Skink)

Tiliqua scincoides (Common Bluetongue or Eastern Blue-Tongued Lizard)

Chondrodactylus bibronii (Bibron's (Thick-toed) Gecko)

Blaesodactylus boivini (Madagascar Velvetgecko)

Varanus niloticus (Nile monitor)

Stellagama stellio ssp. (Roughtail Rock Agama)

Stellagama stellio brachydactyla (Hardun)

In accordance with the usual procedure, the (co) studbook coordinators are first eligible for these animals. If after that animals are still available, others are eligible.

All receivers of ESF animals in breeding loan have to sign our standard ESF contract and will be automatically participant of the ESF studbook registration. According to the ESF contract the animals will for the rest of their lives in ownership of the ESF. We will also ask a small contribution per participant.
